Salesforce Data Integrations
Integrate data with Salesforce from other systems, spreadsheets, SQL databases, legacy systems and more. We will work with you to understand your needs, evaluate your systems and discuss what can be done.
Salesforce Integrations
Why integrate your data with Salesforce?
Salesforce becomes significantly more powerful when it reflects real-time data from across your organization. Here’s what integration makes possible:
Eliminate dual entry
- When data syncs automatically between systems, your team stops re-entering the same information in multiple places. This removes a significant source of human error and frees up time for higher-value work. A customer service rep, for example, no longer needs to manually update both Salesforce and a separate service ticketing system after every interaction.
Reduce license costs
- When data from another system is surfaced inside Salesforce, your Salesforce users no longer need full licenses for every platform they’d otherwise need to log into. Viewing ERP data inside a Salesforce record can eliminate the need to provision expensive ERP licenses for your sales team.
Improved access & visibility
- Integration lets you share data with users who don’t have — and don’t need — access to the source system. A sales manager can see inventory levels from the warehouse system, or a service rep can view billing history from accounting, all from within Salesforce.
Security
- Rather than granting broad access to multiple systems, you can use Salesforce’s robust permission model to control exactly who sees what. Users get the data they need, within the security framework you’ve already configured in Salesforce.
Reporting
- Once external data lives in Salesforce, it becomes available for reports and dashboards alongside your existing CRM data. Connecting sales performance to ERP fulfillment data gives leadership a complete view that was previously impossible to build in a single report.

Frequently Asked Questions about
Salesforce Data Integration
How long does a Salesforce data integration take to implement?
Do we need MuleSoft to integrate Salesforce with other systems?
No. MuleSoft is one option — and a strong one for complex, multi-system environments — but it’s not required for every integration. Depending on your requirements, a direct API integration, an AppExchange connector, or another middleware platform may be a better fit.
What happens when one of our systems gets updated or replaced?
Integrations need to be monitored and maintained over time. When source or target systems change, the integration may need to be updated as well. We build integrations with maintainability in mind and offer ongoing managed support for clients who want it.
Can you integrate Salesforce with a system that doesn't have a public API?
Sometimes, yes — depending on what data access the system provides. We’ve worked with legacy platforms that only expose data via flat file exports, database views, or other non-API mechanisms. We’ll give you an honest assessment after reviewing the system.
