Part-time Bookkeeper (mostly remote)
Job type: PART-TIME, HOURLY
LOCATION: Remote near Madison / Janesville Wisconsin area
This is a part-time (mostly remote) role for a Bookkeeper or Payroll Clerk at Allium Solutions. Occasional in-person meetings will take place in the Janesville / Madison Wisconsin area. This role will be responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records. This person will mainly handle payroll processing and assist in budget preparation.
Qualifications:
- Payroll Processing and Budget Preparation experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- QuickBooks Experience and knowledge a must
- Excel experience and knowledge a must
